Tumblers.... your cup was made by hand therefore imperfections are often unavoidable. Just know that every effort was made to make it as perfect as possible! It was made with Love and Care !
Since every tumbler is handmade NO two will be just alike !
You could possibly have stray glitter in your tumbler ! 
Please read your care card that comes with your Tumbler ! Sometimes hot beverages when oils are added to them might crack your lid, also over time your lids hot or cold will wear out and need to be replaced !
Turn around times are 7 to 14 days for ALL orders ! ( subject to change )
We do orders in the order they come in .
Your design could also cause your order to take longer!
Your order may also take longer if it’s the Holiday Seasons !
WE are NOT responsible for any damages once your tumbler leaves our care, if it is a mistake on our part we will do everything to correct it !
If you chose a copyrighted designs I may have to change it up some in order to make it if possible.
As for fonts we can not always duplicate ones you find online ! I will do my best to find one similar.
If you change your designs after it has been started you will be charged a fee !
